One of the challenges of running and growing a pet business
empire is the constant need to 80/20 your activities so you are
always putting most of your efforts into the business critical
tasks.
And in my coaching and consulting work I spend time helping the
business owner identify the crucial activities they SHOULD be
concentrating on.
Anyway, in the last four weeks I found myself not being as
productive as I usually am, so I had a reset and rearranged my
priorities and my shedule.
